Job Summary
Contribute to Sanford operations and processes while obtaining first hand experiences that align with the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
HR PMO
Key duties include:
- Attending HR project meetings
- Coordinating meetings
- Performing administrative duties in support of key projects / initiatives within Human Resources (HR)
Internship Responsibilities:
- Schedule and attend daily/weekly HR project meetings
- Assist the HR Project Manager in preparing and drafting project communications (i.e. minutes)
- Maintain and update project plan and supporting control logs (Action Log, Issues Log, Decision log)
- Create, update, and maintain weekly and monthly project reports (i.e. Project Dashboard, Executive Summary, Monthly Project Status).
- Maintain all project documentation within central project repository (SharePoint)
Internship Qualifications:
- Must be a Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelorâs Degree in Business or Computer Science or an immediate graduate having received one of the previously listed majors.
- Must be able to commit to the hours Scheduled during the 12 week internship.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Work collaboratively with organization leadership, enhancing knowledge and skills and improving the delivery of quality healthcare. Assist in the completion of projects and administrative duties while developing skills related to the assigned function and/or location. Attend training and development opportunities, learning about various processes and functions within the organization.

Qualifications
Current enrollment or recent graduate of an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program from an accredited college or university.
Knowledge of healthcare industry preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
