Service Manager

Overview

Our HVAC Service Managers play a key role on our service center leadership team and as such will be expected to go in the field on a regular basis to verify quality control and evaluate employee performance. All the necessary tools will be provided for the correct applicant to succeed. You will be expected to assist in the development of new customer accounts and the reinforcement of our existing customer base. You will be responsible for 6 employees of the HVAC service team, as well as the day-to-day operations and service budget compliance.

Requirements

• 10 plus years of HVAC experience

• Ability to perform at maximum levels at all times

• HVAC service and troubleshooting for both commercial and residential

• Perform warranty claims

• Deal directly with customers issues and resolve any billing issues

• Maintain an on call schedule with employees

• Normal hours are 7:30 am to 5 pm

Salary based on experience. Paid benefits and holidays.
