Ideal candidate has strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Is highly organized, detailed oriented, ambitious, and driven. Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and step out of their comfort zone. Candidate works well as a team player but is also able to take initiative when needed. Candidate should have a background in Food Service Equipment or Installation.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Oversees and grows assistant project manager
- Coordinate job review with team and project Engineer. a. Check for doors, amps, anchorage, ALTERNATES b. Any RFIs
- Overall Review of all the documents for each project
- Basic NAV Training
- Basic CAD Training
- Run Jobs
- Create critical path with Installer
- Plangrid review with APM
- Field measuring with Installer if needed
- Sign subcontract change orders
- Updates for weekly schedule
- Jobsite MEP coordination meeting
- Sets up Deliveries and installs
- Field Walks with Installer and APM with GC if necessary
- Review scope of project
- Sign off on submittals for release
- Insure all equipment is ordered for a timely install
- Oversee all subcontract coordination
- Conforms to all plans & specs and MEP drawings
- Reviews recap for accuracy
- Billing
- Verifying amounts being billed
- Approve PTO for APM
