    POSITION PURPOSE

    Direct, organize and own all restaurant functions including Front-of-House and Back-of-House operations through team work, development and execution of high operational standards, food safety and quality. This position is great for new college graduates looking for career development and preparation opportunities with Chick-fil-A including Support Center Staff and Restaurant Ownership. This position is an accelerated leadership pathway focused on the quick development of qualified candidates with long-term career potential.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    • Confident in the ability to lead a high-performing team of 100+ team members effectively.
    • Train, develop and empower restaurant team to consistently execute high standards.
    • Must seek ownership and accountability for the results of their team with the outcome being the benefit of both organization and candidate.
    • Candidate must be open to regular performance feedback and utilize feedback for personal growth.
    • Must be comfortable conducting performance critiques of team members and providing ongoing coaching to correct behavior.
    • Demonstrates self-discipline. Must be open to and positively respond to coaching, feedback, and stressful circumstances. Seeks and provides solutions to prevent reoccurrence of situations described above.
    • Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning to meet the daily needs of the operation. Prepare daily Set-up Sheets. Proactively respond to changes in sales volume, customer and product demand.
    • Implement effective control of labor costs among restaurant.
    • Candidate must look at every situation as an opportunity to grow personally as well as develop team members and our organization.
    • Candidate must be able to successfully solve problems independently and articulate steps taken to achieve the end result.
    • Must be knowledgeable and able to articulate basic restaurant systems. The Candidate must be able to ensure team execution of these systems as well as explain their role and impact.
    • Focused on developing an advanced knowledge of how the business operates and is able to articulate how they positively impact various areas, including the Critical Success Factors and our Hospitality and Service model.
    • Must demonstrate awareness to identify successful and unsuccessful system execution in order to quickly correct the problem.
    • Maintain cleanliness of work areas at all times of day.
