Shop Leadership strive to deliver against sales, profitability, guest experience + team experience targets. In addition, they are instrumental in developing + elevating the team into bigger + broader roles.

THE MUST HAVES
// At least 18 years of age
// At least 2 years of restaurant leadership experience, preferably in a fast food, quick casual or casual dining restaurant
// High school diploma or equivalency
// Able to work evenings, late nights, weekends + holidays
// Experience coaching, training, + developing teams
// Passion for food, service + growing people
// Partner + communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
// Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
// Able to roll with the punches, effectively prioritize + problem solve
// Able to multitask + delegate as needed
General Managers also:
// At least 2 years of experience leading a restaurant, managing financials + leading upwards of 25 employees (includes staffing, training, coaching, + developing)
// Food Handlers license or ServSafe certification required
// Proficient knowledge of computers, point of sale software, + restaurant back office software + reporting tools, including labor scheduling + inventory
