Business analysis, document requirements, establish plans and deliver projects within a standardized framework for both business specific change and cross-business, cross-functional and cross-regional initiatives

Establish working groups and specific roles and responsibilities to support efficient coordinated delivery, transparency and communications to all project stakeholders

Report on project specific progress, risks and issues to the Business, Technology and Operations stakeholders via regular meetings and communications; work to resolve all issues and manage implementation risk

Provide progress updates to senior business and program management by maintaining project scorecards and other project documentation and MIS, escalating any issues as required and tracking all risks and dependencies to control project delivery

Support the development, organization and execution capability of the broader project team

Relevant experience/knowledge of financial products and processing highly desirableBeneficial but not required skills include familiarity with Fixed Income products and sales support functions. Project Management qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 and equivalents are desirable but not necessary.
