CCB Operations Agile Transformation is a newly formed organization within CCB Operations, Business Transformation and Delivery. This team is a centralized pool of highly skilled individuals who have knowledge and experience in agile delivery and organizing around the product framework.

As an experienced Agile Coach/Practice Lead, you’ll join us in our exciting journey to elevate agility at CCB Operations. You will help the product team to deliver more value and with better quality using agile methodology and agile project management skills.
Your expertise leading scaled agile transformations and demonstrated passion for driving continuous improvement, will enable you to play an integral part in transforming the way CCB Operations delivers value to its stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Mentor and coach teams to adopt an agile mindset and become self-organizing.

Support the Transformation Team in fostering a ‘fail fast, fail cheap’ ethos in the organization in order to inculcate speed-to-market, quality delivery and customer focus from the start and position our team for success.

Contribute towards establishing a Center of Excellence (COE) and Community of practice for elevating agile and developing a culture of Continuous Improvement across the Product teams.

Improve the flow of work through the product from idea to the user’s actions. This includes data based analysis on cycle times, lead times, work in progress and waiting.

Identify training needs for product organization and assist with in elevating Agile awareness

Provide guidance and hand on assistance on planning and retrospection events.

Advise organizational leadership on how best to monitor the success of agile delivery.

Act as trusted advisor to teams transitioning from a matrixed project delivery structure to a product-based delivery organization.

Mentor and pair with change agents at CCB Operations to enable them to become true Agile champions and create sustaining agile capabilities.
Requirements
-
Minimum of 7+ years Agile implementation experience, with 3+ years practicing/coaching Agile in a large organization. You have most likely performed one or more of the following roles in your career – Agile Consultant, Agile Coach, Product Owner/Manager, or Scrum Master.

Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean and Design Thinking. Familiarity with Value Stream Mapping (VSM) is a plus

Understanding of Agile technology best practices and DevOps concepts (CI/CD, TDD) would be a strong plus

Understanding of how to obtain and leverage customer feedback and data to make lower risk on investments

Good understanding of Agile, efficiency and value metrics.

Deep knowledge of Jira and SharePoint/Confluence required.

Hands-on experience participating in and leading Scrum events, such as Sprint Planning, Release Planning, and Cross Organization Planning and Alignment.

Ability to effectively communicate and develop relationships at all levels.

You are a strong and influential leader who collaborates effectively with others, irrespective of their level in the organization.

You demonstrate advanced problem solving skills, which you will use to improve consistency in areas such as product planning, estimating and product delivery.

You have an inquisitive disposition, are detail oriented and must be comfortable performing administrative tasks, strategic initiatives as well as the tactical deliverables that you may be called on to undertake.
