- Plan, manage, and fully anticipate details needed for our multi-step expansion
- Facility maintenance for expansion cleaning janitors
- Spring campus beautification project parents students fundraising
- Fire and “school safety” for the portables -procedures materials safety kits
- add Middle school to school wide emergency preparedness
- Facility transition planning, including furniture, fencing, ADA compliance
- Security requirements, entry gate, lighting security cameras. Long term plan. Budget implement in summer 2020
- inspect, select, contract at least 2 additional portables for the MS campus
- secure moving
- run contracting through CES
- set timeline for completion
- All procedures related to increased students on our campus.

- working wit Trans[potation team to serve maximum bus riders
- set up carpool option for parents form selected areas
- Miscellaneous operational necessities related to expansion
- work with MS admin to ensuring supplies for the Middle School are ordered and stored.
- key operator for MS copiers and printers
Job Criteria:
Experience in project planning required, school project planning preferred,
college degree
prior school operations experience preferred.
Must pass a Background Check prior to starting work at TTCS
