CommPartners is currently seeking a Partnership Manager who will be responsible for cultivating and developing partners, represent us to our communities we serve, and support our business development efforts. This is a wonderful opportunity for candidates that can initiate and grow relationships. You will be part of a dynamic organization that has experienced over 150% growth in our online education services over the past three years.


Classification:
Non-exempt
Status: Full-time 40 hrs/week


Specific requirements include:

  • Be able to effectively prospect and close new partners
  • Identify and confirm sponsors for our Peak User Conferences
  • Understand Partner’s business and objectives and identify how we can create a mutually beneficial relationship
  • Must be able to create a vision of what’s possible and align company’s services to that vision
  • Need to be able to facilitate conversations and build consensus on future direction
  • Must be quick thinking, creative, determined, competitive demeanor with a “can do” attitude
  • Must have excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Must be high energy, have the ability to multi task, be a team player, and look at problems as opportunities.

Preferred Background/Experience

  • Education: A 4 year college degree
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication. Excellent organizational skills, good judgment, and attention to detail. Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task.
  • Experience: 2 years sales or consulting experience. Sales of intangibles or services a plus
