Qualifications:
· Knowledge of accounting and statistics
· Computer, sales or marketing skills
· Managerial or interpersonal skills and a desire to help people
· Strong work ethic
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
· Maintains a thorough understanding of Federal Law, Commission for independent Education and COMTA standards related to admissions
· Completes FAPSC on-line training program for admissions staff
· Provides information about the school, its enrollment policies to prospective students, parents and other family members
· Conducts student tours of the school facilities and sets up student recruiting events
· Directs and coordinates admissions program and reviews exceptional admissions cases
· Varifies student applicants have minimum requirements for admission
· Guides prospective students in completing pre-application questionnaire and application for admissions
· Sets appointments for student interviews with President and/or Campus Director
· Attends scheduled in-services, workshops and faculty meetings
· Performs any additional tasks requested by the Campus Director to ensure the smooth functioning and integrity of the school’s operation
