Office Operations Manager
Position Overview
St. Louis based supplier of cabinets and hard surface countertops is seeking an organized, analytical Office Operations Manager with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to manage and optimize office operations. This position will prepare contracts and subcontracts as needed by project managers. Oversee monthly billing. Communicate and oversee change orders and verify accuracy. Assist in owner/client relationships. Set up new jobs and maintain all job files with current and up to date information. Assist in planning company events/ordering gifts for clients and employees. Be willing to help as needed even if it is outside of their role Qualifications. This position will analyze office processes and policies, develop creative solutions to problems, answer questions, and take part in decision making.

Essential Functions
- Strong client support and communications
- Create, organize and manage admin operations and procedures
- Manage client correspondence, schedules and due dates, updates, electronic storage and support team coordination to efficiently and effectively execute office and sales operations
- Plan travel and provide coordination assistance for field crews and projects
- Coordinate with support team to complete projects/tasks accurately and on time
- Research, assist and manage special projects as needed
Requirements & Qualifications
- Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in composing and proofreading materials
- Creativity and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects
- Understanding of basic financial concepts
- Proficiency with office technology and equipment
- Ability to work independently, be proactive and take initiative
- 3 – 5 years of office management experience, specifically in construction, preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 /year
