The Learning and Development Senior Manager will lead a team who will be responsible for enterprise selection based learning programs, as well as University programs (Early Talent). This leader will report into Teresa Marshall, Chief Learning Officer for Wells Fargo.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define annual program strategy to include performance measures.
- Implementation of programs through partnerships with Enterprise Talent Planning and Integration; Talent Acquisition, Line of Business Leaders and Learning and Development peer groups.
- Understand business priorities across the enterprise in order to understand talent needs and gaps that may be addressed through selection based learning solutions.
- Develop strong relationships with leaders within HR and all Lines of Business to ensure development and implementation of enterprise capabilities.
- Provide reliable, constructive feedback to improve existing enterprise and line of business selection based programs.
- Serve as central point of contact for Talent Acquisition on recruitment activities and support for all hiring and placement linked to Selection Based programs.
- Gain deeper understanding of retention activities needed to augment Selection Based programs and University programs, working with necessary partners to develop and execute action plans.
- Actively participate as a member of the L&D Leadership team, engaged in decision making and prioritization with an enterprise, shared goals point of view.
- Have an enterprise view to ensure connections and synergies throughout the talent lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of learning and development experience, human resources experience, or a combination of both
- 6+ years of management experience

- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment

Other Desired Qualifications
- Experience creating and executing team member development plans that align with business objectives
- Experience with University Program design, development and execution for an enterprise or large scale organization (Early Talent, Internship, Associate programs)
- Ability to evaluate current programs and create strategies to improve program performance
- Proven leadership and project management skills to drive alignment across stakeholders and deliver sustainable solutions with appropriate risk controls and processes

- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
