Selected candidate will manage and coordinate all functions of the human resources office, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, personnel files, report preparation, certification, and the Teacher Registry Service, onboarding and all personnel-related activities, including union contract administration, employee discipline and teacher certification issues for 400+ staff.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s Degree preferred in Public Administration, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development or closely related field and one year of experience. Certification of Professional Human Resource (PHR) preferred. Previous supervisory experience required. Extensive experience with databases and data analysis/reporting required. Civil Service Competitive position – must score in the top three on Civil Service test.
