Position Summary:
The HR Project Manager will provide consultative support, set priorities, and manage the resources associated with delivering HR projects for Field Operations. This position manages the HR Project portfolio ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the expected business needs.

Key accountabilities

Provide overall project/program management including but not limited to business case development, analytics, project planning, communications planning, resource planning and acquisition, risk management, status and issue tracking and reporting.

Evaluating current processes, policies and procedures to drive process improvement in Field Operations.

Assist in building reporting to define project metrics and measurements. Ability to confirm data, and financial information is critical. Build tracking mythology to support project status reporting to key stakeholders

Communicate project strategy, direction and changes to business leadership and internal partners, as needed.

Provides leadership in understanding and assessing business issues, problems, and challenges and assimilating that input into actionable, executable workplans.

Coordinate resources across team to deliver all projects on-time, within budget, and ensure strategic and business requirements are met.

Perform as an internal consultant, advocate, mentor, and change agent.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Support Sr HRBPs daily as needed.

Possess knowledge in project management methodologies and tools with experience in planning and leading teams to implement and/or upgrade applications through the project lifecycle.

Aptitude to thrive under pressure with strict guidelines and competing priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment while assuring that deliverables are successfully executed and excellent service is provided to clients

Education / Work Experience Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or equivalent work experience

2-4 years of related experience

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

Demonstrated initiative and commitment to work under pressure

Independent worker and team player as needed

Analytical and problem-solving skills required

Possess excellent customer service skills

Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of employees

Possess strong organizational skills, ability to meet multiple deadlines, detail oriented, and a positive “can-do” attitude

Demonstrated success at managing multiple concurrent projects and a fluctuating workload

Flexible work schedule to ensure tight deadlines are met as needed

Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
