House Managers are responsible for the day-to-day Supported Living and CLS operations. House Managers ensure the quality of documentation, coordinate appointments and activities, create and coordinate staff schedules, manage household items, ensure the security of individuals’ personal funds, assist in the communication between COS members, perform direct support duties, and perform other duties that ensure the individual needs and wishes of each person supported are upheld. House Managers are a vital member of the person’s team of support and must possess exceptional organizational and communication skills.
House Managers must meet the same basic requirements as DSPs.
