Head of Product

Medly is searching for a Head of Product to join the fight for more patient-friendly healthcare.

Hours: Full-Time

What you’ll do:

• Lead, manage and mentor NY-based product management team

• Manage product lifecycle, from concept to launch

• Decide what needs to be built based on patient and doctor needs

• Create product proposals for operations, design, and engineering

• Translate UX/UI designs for the development team

• Communicate product developments and vision to sister team in India

What you have:

• 7+ years of product management experience

• Proven ability to set a vision and lead a cross-functional team

• High EQ and Cultural Intelligence (familiarity with Multinational Enterprises a plus!)

• Experience driving agile and scrum methodology

• Tech start-up experience strongly preferred

• Pharmacy experience a plus

Salary: $160,000.00 to $180,000.00 /year
