We are looking for a product leader to help us drive user growth and engagement. We are looking for a leader with a product passion for building outstanding products that customers love to use, appreciation for working with a great team, and willingness to do what it takes to help grow the business with the wisdom to make tough trade-offs and keep up with a fast-paced growth environment.

You’ll define the product vision and collaborate with your partners in engineering, design, user research, and data science to ship simple, delightful and engaging experiences to our customers. And you’ll help recruit and build our product organization.

Who You Are

  • Care for Customer- you care deeply about customer experience and creating a Product vision that rethinks the way things have always been done solving real problems for our customers.
  • Collaborative Connector- you will knit together the R&D and go-to-market teams in order to unify our product vision, strategy, and ability to get things done well and quickly.
  • Leader/Coach (and sometimes Player)- You can seamlessly flow between high-level strategic planning and diving in; to coach, mentor, and lead your incredible Product team (if we may say so, ourselves). You understand start-up so you are more than happy to be hands-on helping execute the work as we grow.
  • Passionate about people, products, and process (in that order)- you love people and product development and have tactical ideas for bringing both to this role and creating a structured process for prioritizing and executing the work.

Day in the Life

  • Drive product decisions and partner with other leaders to collaborate and deliver the product vision for how RP can disrupt the automotive industry empowering mobility in a new way.
  • Partner cross-functionally marketing, customer success, and other internal and external partners to drive revenue opportunities through product innovations
  • Work with teammates on customer research to develop insights into the behaviors and needs of our customers, and translate those insights into hypotheses, tests and features for how we can innovate and improve the product
  • Recruit and lead a team of high performing product management teammates, focusing on teamwork, but also how the team works to effectively and efficiently prioritize competing tasks to deliver.
  • Drive thinking and execution into new product areas

What You Have

  • 7+ years experience in and around Product Management including Product Marketing, Product Strategy and Engineering, primarily working in Software, eCommerce, technology or a related field
  • Prior experience building and leading teams
  • You have proven experience with A/B testing, launching new products, expanding product platforms, building product roadmaps, and working collaboratively with design and engineering teammates
  • You have created, launched and shipped products that have delivered meaningful business results
  • Some travel required (1-2x/quarter for dealer visits, conferences, etc…)

Ideally, you also have (optional)

  • Startup, B2B, or SaaS experience
  • eCommerce, Payments, or Marketplaces experience
  • Bachelor and/or Masters in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • Our product and customer base will only expand creating the opportunity to grow in your product expertise and leadership capacity!
