About the Role:

As Head of People, you will be responsible for helping to develop, motivate and retain the team at Flow. You will act as a champion for the company culture and will support the company executives and team leaders, allowing the company to develop and grow quickly. In this role you will be responsible for all human resources related activities. When it comes to people, you’re familiar with industry best practices, but are focused on innovating in order to achieve the best end result for Flow, not the process of getting there. You’re comfortable operating in a fast paced, complex and dynamic environment with limited resources.


What you’ll do:

  • Develop and oversee company-wide people infrastructure to maximize employee satisfaction, enable professional growth, and strengthen organizational culture
  • Create career ladders across business units to enable internal mobility and maximize professional growth for team members of all experience levels
  • Keep employee experience strong by proactively addressing workplace and personnel issues
  • Train executive leadership and team leads on effective management strategies
  • Build company culture through creative events, programming, and policies
  • Serve as advisor to co-founders and executive team on all things People-related
  • Over time, you will build, challenge and motivate a team to deliver a complete human resources capability that can scale as the company grows


About you:

  • 10+ years of experience as HR business partner at rapidly growing organizations (SaaS and/or startup experience strongly preferred)
  • Deep experience crafting professional development plans, career ladders, and organizational workflows
  • Track record of success building positive workplace culture
