A successful, growing accounting services firm located in Passaic County, New Jersey, is looking to grow their team! We are looking for an experienced Part-Time Accounting Assistant, who enjoys learning new skills, is a self-starter and highly organized.Our services include bookkeeping, payroll and business consulting for small-mid-size businesses.
Applicants must have experience in direct client bookkeeping, QuickBooks, bank reconciliation, as well as administrative tasks such as scanning and archiving. Must be bilingual (Spanish & English), excellent oral and written communication, flexibility with schedule and have an associate degree in Accounting or related field.
The position is approximately 25 hours a week and may increase based on applicantâs skills.
