We’re looking for an experienced offline marketing expert in the field of e-Commerce & Finance to join our team and promote our name Passfeed to the next level. As offline lead, you will focus on mass media marketing, promoting and live events. This is a high visibility role with direct impact to business performance.

Responsibilities

Develop more people to download our app and register on our app to get more sales.

Develop and drive the strategy of offline marketing for Passfeed destination sites whilst ensuring activity is in line with online marketing, all offline promotion activity can help drive brand awareness and maximising sales with our own customer databases whilst also attracting new customers.
Develop and lead a disciplined marketing planning and subsequent go-to-market process that is built on rigorous metrics.
Ensure that the marketing planning process and key decisions are supported by fact and customer insight. Continually measure Marketing allocation and course-correct as marketplace conditions warrant.
Offline & online marketing, collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure digital marketing efforts and offline efforts attract more traffic to our Web/App
Collaborate with marketing partners and other innovation teams to help drive innovation throughout every aspect of the digital operation with the ultimate goal to enhance/personalize the prospective student experience and deliver the best possible branded experience.

Qualifications

3-5 years of relevant work experience

Previous experience with marketing(online, direct mail, other offline channels) or email marketing Hubspot a plus.
Strong analytical ability and excellent communication skills to build and communicate your strategy.
Successful managing large and small scale online operations, including e-commerce platforms. Strong attention to the user experience, cross channel digital journeys and oversight developing both strategic and tactical digital plans for an online operation.
Experience developing or overseeing interactive marketing plans with an understanding of the current online customer acquisition channels.
Experience with Hubspot, E-Mail, Display Advertising, Affiliate, SEO/SEM, Social Media, and Mobile App.
Experience in brand development, proven ability to build and grow Brands, with an intuitive sense for defining a brand’s essence.
Experience in entrepreneurial/start-up experience, experienced the challenge, and thrill, of building a brand or business from the beginning, or have a passion for transformation.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 /year
