Job Title: Executive Assistant to President
Job Summary
At Ecopax, we are expanding and experiencing transformative changes. We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to be the supportive force that empowers our senior leadership. The ideal person for the job will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills; and a meticulous attention to detail. He/She must have previous experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties and providing support to the president. The ideal candidate would have the drive, intellect and skills to assist the president to achieve short term and long-term organizational goals for the company.
Qualifications
-Must have a bachelorâs degree or higher; liberal arts majors are preferred
-Must have 5-year of experience in administrative role reporting directly to C-level management
-Superb written and verbal communication skills
-Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
-Expert in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
-Flexible team player, willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys challenges
-Ability to keep strict confidentiality
-A relationship builder
