Deeproot Tech, LLC is seeking a Project Manager that is hands on for our pinball project. A successful candidate will work in a collaborative, fun and challenging environment. This individual is expected to work on simultaneous projects, be creative, self-motivated, and willing to work in an ‘outside the box’ environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Facilitate and troubleshoot issues associated with the development of processes, and coordination and development
  • Select and implement project platform
  • Assist in development of departmental goals, objectives, plans, policies and procedures
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Coordinate schedules of staff and other interested parties
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints as needed
  • Create and implement metrics to measure project performance
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
  • Other duties as needed and assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience
  • 4 years of engineering project management experience preferred
  • Experience in project platform selection and implementation
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus
  • Experience with commercialization, preferred
  • Proficiency in leading mechanical/electrical/programming projects
  • Experience in risk management and project management
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills
  • Work in a cross-functional and inter-disciplinary team on projects to meet company goals
  • Good attention to detail, communication, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift/move 25 pounds

Must be able to work in a team environment, accept direction from management, be detail oriented, with good communication skills.
