Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create organization structure, direct, coordinate, and supervise the Employee Services department.
  • Plan, develop, and implement new or revised services.
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with policy makers from local and state government agencies, and other referral sources.
  • Determine and oversee client acceptance into programs and maintain client loads at planned levels for each program.
  • Lead strategic plan development for operations and contracted services.
  • Develop annual department budget and ensure revenue and expense budgets are met on an annual basis.
  • Researches potential funding sources and writes grant proposals in coordination with others.
  • Maintain and coordinate all aspects of CARF accreditation.
  • Maintain an active compliance program to ensure services are delivered per requirements from referral sources.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Five years progressively responsible supervisory or administrative experience in a social service agency or similar non-profit environment.
  • Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university with a specialty in business, social services, rehabilitation or related field. Or Substitute for Education: Bachelor’s Degree in rehabilitation or related field with additional years’ experience managing a non-profit service agency.

Salary: $55,000.00 to $70,000.00 /year
