Friendship Industries, Inc. is looking for a successful Director of Organizational Sustainability.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create organization structure, direct, coordinate, and supervise the Employee Services department.
- Plan, develop, and implement new or revised services.
- Develop and maintain working relationships with policy makers from local and state government agencies, and other referral sources.
- Determine and oversee client acceptance into programs and maintain client loads at planned levels for each program.
- Lead strategic plan development for operations and contracted services.
- Develop annual department budget and ensure revenue and expense budgets are met on an annual basis.
- Researches potential funding sources and writes grant proposals in coordination with others.
- Maintain and coordinate all aspects of CARF accreditation.
- Maintain an active compliance program to ensure services are delivered per requirements from referral sources.

Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Five years progressively responsible supervisory or administrative experience in a social service agency or similar non-profit environment.
- Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university with a specialty in business, social services, rehabilitation or related field. Or Substitute for Education: Bachelor’s Degree in rehabilitation or related field with additional years’ experience managing a non-profit service agency.
