Who are you?

You’re confident and you get the job done, you can look after several clients at any one time whilst ensuring that each client’s expectations are met and exceeded. You work well in a team but have no problem motivating yourself to fulfil the clients brief.

What to expect:

• You’ll be working a part of a growing team where you’ll learn every day, you’ll go win pitches and accomplish the best results
• You’ll take ownership over the strategy, planning and implementation of all partnership activities
• You’ll be working in a high paced environment where multi-tasking won’t be an issue
• You’ll develop concepts and activations that unite LIGHTBLUE’s client portfolio, achieving additional revenue streams
• You’ll constantly impress and in doing so you’ll grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new opportunities and solutions
• You’ll ensure that all clients have up to date agreements and contracts in place
• You’ll travel around the US as well as the potential of WorldWide travel
• You’ll travel to Dubai to complete your induction training

What we expect:

• You’ve previously worked in a client facing role
• You’ve lived and worked in the LA area – you know the ins and the outs of LA
• You’re a hard worker and keen to be a part of LIGHTBLUE’s growth in LA, you’re willing to get stuck in
• You’re committed to every job you are put on and you are constantly looking to achieve the best result
• You’ve achieved a bachelor’s degree preferably in Events Management, Business Management
