Better requires process, discipline, and simplification
In this role, you’ll be required to oversee several large and complex projects within the Global Product Department. Though there are no direct reports into this position, you’ll be a capable leader, with the ability to motivate and direct teams. You’ll also be expected to conduct detailed research and analysis on specific projects as well as compiling relevant reports and post-rollout reviews. You’ll need to have a great eye for detail and be comfortable with creating new processes, as well as overseeing their implementation.
Ideally, you will have a bachelor’s or advanced degree. You’ll also need to have a minimum of five years’ experience managing projects in a complex retail/consumer financial services environment. PMI Certification is a huge plus, as is an understanding of global products within the banking/financial services industry. Previous experience of lean, agile and SAFe working methodologies is also desirable.
