Prisma International Corporation is hiring contractors for 2020-2021 to lead an international projects with presence in US, Mexico, and Canada. Native or Fluent (Spanish – English only) is required for current openings. Our Project Managers own, influence, and deliver projects for large companies in North America, Latin America, the Caribbean, Europe, and Asia Pacific.

The Project Management role:
You’ll deliver results as you drive a culture of process improvement to create sustainable solutions * You’ll help optimize our operations and directly impact our P&L
You’ll be held accountable for your projects to include the elements of Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control and some methodologies to ensure projects are lean
You’ll lead projects and work with others through major change and process improvement initiatives delivering positive impact on the business
You’ll build long-term partnerships between customers, operations, and other support teams
You’ll grow your project management skills to the next level and develop business acumen that will make you a true specialist in our industry in an international assignment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Business or related field (MBA preferred)
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers in English and Spanish (Native fluency required)

- 2+ years project management experience

- Able, willing, and ready to travel up to 100% while on assignment
- Experience in Manufacturing, Packaging, and/or Distribution
