    Primary job responsibility is to monitor activities of auto glass repair technicians, sales, and the repair of windshields, while reporting to upper management.

    • Windshield Repair – Experience Not Necessary – Will Train

    Use your business, leadership and people skills to inspire exceptional performance. Maximize sales and profits for your location. Ensure great guest service and team member satisfaction. Create a fast-paced, energetic environment that delivers a consistent experience for team members.

    • Provide training, feedback and follow up on repair skills for sales/csr team members
    • Act as leader on duty on a rotating basis, by responding to guest and team member concerns, opening and closing the business and ensuring all Patsco property and personnel are secure.
    • 40-45 hour work week
    • Salary $17 – $22 per hour
