LFH is looking to hire an enthusiastic VP of Marketing who will not only execute in the trenches but also provide strategic leadership with the specific intent of building the brands and generating leads for our network of companies. This high-profile position will work closely with the CEO and COO to define, implement and manage marketing strategy, craft messaging, review budget and set goals. The ideal candidate should have a successful track record of establishing and leading marketing strategy in a fast paced, dynamic environment and have significant expertise building brand awareness with the ability to execute scalable strategies that drive results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and enhance brand recognition of all the brands with the most focus on Larson Financial Group and Larson Capital Management
  • Define, implement and manage marketing strategy with the goal of generating qualified leads for Larson Financial Group, Larson Capital Management and Doctors Without Quarters
  • Craft content and messaging to appeal to target audience
  • Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies
  • Develop and implement dynamic, personalize communications utilizing marketing automation software
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing metrics for the CEO and Executive Leadership Team
  • Work closely with company presidents and sales director to enhance and align efforts
  • Promote a positive work environment with associates are inspired, respected, appreciated and continually provided the opportunity to grow

Skills

  • Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns driving qualified leads to a sales team
  • Solid understanding of SEO, web analytics and Google Ad-words
  • Experience with Sales Force and marketing automation tools (preferable Sales Force Marketing Cloud)
  • Deep understanding of web architecture and web content best practices (preferable experience with WordPress)
  • Knowledge of email best practices and ability to optimize click-through-rates and engagements
  • Expertise in social media marketing to drive awareness, engagement and leads
  • A strategic thinker, with the ability to act

Qualifications

  • 10+ years progressive marketing leadership experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred
  • Financial services experience preferred
