Job Description:
This position is responsible for being a champion of the brand strategy with the CMO; and leading the design and deployment of the brand strategy through creative development and content strategy for web, social, email and paid media, brand marketing campaigns, communication programs, brand resources including tools and systems, and overseeing the brand intranet environment and media asset management systems. Leads cross-functional teams to plan and execute integrated brand strategy campaigns as well as collaborates with key stakeholders to define, implement and monitor metrics to determine the effectiveness of these programs. Leads the development of implementation processes and timelines for product development initiatives and facilitates the brand related needs of the property operations and project management teams. These responsibilities are implemented through a combination of individual contribution, Outrigger hosts both within and outside of the department, and third-party professionals (e.g., agencies, freelancers, etc.).
Job Requirements
Approximately 10 years of related industry experience, preferably brand or direct marketing experience at an advertising agency or client company; or product management at a client company. Bachelorâs Degree in business, travel industry management or other related field.
