    Bachelor’s or equivalent, supervise the overall business and management operations of the company under the leadership of the president /CEO. Lead the subordinate managers to cooperate efficiently to build international business relationship, conduct market and product development, improve product expansion and enlarge the company’s market share. Participate in making determination of the company’s business direction, strategies and various policies and regulations. Make evaluation periodically to promote the manager’s work and capabilities.
