Team Leader of Case Managers
Case Management Solutions (CMS) is seeking a Team Leader of Case Managers.
CMS is an outsourced HMO case management/ revenue cycle management company. CMS manages and coordinates HMO approvals & authorizations for patients receiving services in skilled nursing facilities.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead a team of Case Managers
- Navigating the HMO networks
- Authorization processes for elderly patients
- Making Decisions and solving problems – analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Must have experience as a team leader
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in a healthcare-related role, health insurances, and the like
- Knowledge in any of the following: Medical Records, Medical Billing, Medical Claims, HMO/Insurance plans, Medicare and/or Medicaid plans, and the like
- Positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Very skilled in, Microsoft office specifically Excel and Word, Google drive and drop box.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Will provide training
