Two PLUS years Sales/Marketing experience in the Fire, Mold and Water Restoration Industry. IICRC certifications – WRT and ASD – A Plus.

Due to expansion we are looking for a Project/Sales Managers who will make a difference each day. A manager who is versed in IICRC STANDARDS… has experience building long-term relationships with plumbers, property managers, contractors and insurance adjusters to expand our New Jersey base.

Responsibilities – Summary/Overview

• Prepare the planning, goals, objectives and development of the Marketing.
• Drive the Production Mangers and Technicians as they respond to and manage fire losses, water losses, and other types of damages.
• Establish clear two-way communication with owner, Production Managers, Tech Team, home owners and adjusters.
• Inspect all project estimating and quality control for job sites and invoices.
• Assure job processes and procedures are followed, including safety training codes.
• Assist with following safety standards for mold, water and sewage restoration and clean ups.
• Competent to manage and supervise multiple jobs with clear direction to Production Manager and technicians.
• Availability to respond to leads at any given time; day or night.

Requirements:

As Project/Sales Manager you will be following the policies, operations while maintaining budgets. Evaluating company performance and efficiencies. You must speak the languages of finance, operations, safety, sales, and marketing,

• 2 + years Sales/Marketing experience in the Fire and Water Restoration Industry.
• IICRC certifications – WRT and ASD, Master designation A Plus.
• Experience working with plumbers, property owners and adjusters.
• Knowledgeable at estimating, job costing, Xactimate and quality control.
• Effective written and oral communication with math skills
• Accomplished leadership and motivational skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (crawl spaces & attics)
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/carry objects
• Ability to work around cleaning products/chemicals.
• Ability to successfully complete background check and drug test.

Salary $26,000.00
Commission Opportunity: $ 100,000.00
