As a Store Manager, you will develop a dynamic team that is focused on the client experience and building lasting relationships, while strategically driving the business through proactive planning and innovation. Our store is like no other, not only do we sell clothing and accessories, we also sell furniture and home decor by experienced design consultants.

We are doubling the size of our store to grow the fashion/clothing side of our store and need someone to help from the beginning! If you have an eye for what sells and have excellent fashion and sales skills, please read on!

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

  • Empower, develop and motivate to drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience working in a fun environment with a creative group of co-workers.
  • Recruit, hire, and retain best in class talent
  • Deliver operational excellence in all store processes
  • Develop strategic plan to drive incremental sales by utilizing marketing opportunities, and community involvement.
  • Manage client database and utilize social media to drive additional traffic and create client engagement
  • Go on buying trips with the owner and buying manager

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Proven leader with 3+ years of Store Manager experience at a specialty retailer
  • An entrepreneur with the ability to drive results; adaptable, problem solver, and strategic
  • Well connected with the ability to engage; a true brand ambassador
  • Customer service obsessed; ability to sell and style.
  • Merchandise the store to inspire everyone that walks through the doors.
  • Strong in in performance management and team development

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year

Experience:

  • Women’s Retail Clothing Sales: 3 years (Required)
  • Retail Clothing Management: 3 years (Required)

Education:

  • Associate (Preferred)

Work authorization:

  • United States (Required)
