Uniti Fiber Holdings Inc. ( Uniti ) is searching for a Regional Vice President of Sales. The Regional Vice President of Sales is responsible for the overall success of a defined region within Uniti Fiber’s network. Working with sales people as well as other departments, the RVP will work with the VP of Enterprise to develop and implement a winning strategy.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Hire and manage sales personnel and sales engineers, as well as (as needed and approved) sales managers.
- Lead sales people to maximize their potential.
- Teach and coach personnel to successful outcomes.
- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure an excellent customer experience provide reports and guidance to leadership for improvements in all areas of the region.
- Promote and maintain a positive and productive professional, healthy culture.
- Works flexible hours and travels as needed.
- Supports special projects as assigned.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Education and/ or Experience:
- 10 or more years of sales management experience in the telecommunications or technology space managing a sales team in the Tampa area.
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
