SUMMARY

Reporting to the Area Vice President, General Business AMER and LATAM partners, the Regional Vice President, General Business ISVs, will be responsible for the strategy and execution of Salesforce’s ISV, OEM, and Channel programs throughout AMER for our top partners. This executive will manage a high performing team of senior partner account management professionals, Go-To-Market partner account executives, and will have dotted line responsibility for marketing and operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive revenue growth through our ISV, OEM and Channel partners
  • Create, manage, and execute a worldwide partner strategy
  • Drive technology adoption and expand current ISVs and OEMs footprint, while building relationships with Salesforce product teams
  • Build and manage enablement programs focused on internal awareness and pipeline creation within the Salesforce community of Account Executives, Solution Engineers, Customer success professionals
  • Drive partner success while ensuring partners deliver customer success through innovation, world clase solution and the with right systems, tools, and processes
  • Build and nurture C-level relationships across managed partners
  • Inspire partners with passion, brilliant story telling and relentless positive attitude

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Broad-based business professional with 12+ years of experience building an alliances/channel organization at a major global enterprise software firm.
  • High intellectual horsepower, high-energy, visionary executive with proven entrepreneurial track record of defining and delivering new initiatives
  • Consistent track record of building, developing and managing high performing teams.
  • Consistent track record of relentless operational execution
  • History of building strong internal relationships in a highly matrixed, global organization
  • Must be flexible and able to excel in a fast-paced, fluid environment
  • Proven track record of closing strategic partnerships and transactions
  • Successful background driving repeatable solutions, technical wins, and / or practice wins.
  • Deep relationships with C-level executives at Partner companies.
  • Demonstrated success in running a large partner organization managing hundreds of partners and $1B+ revenue.
  • Extensive international experience in managing and growing business in both developing and mature markets
  • Demonstrated success in consistently delivering revenue numbers while maintaining a focus on profitability.
  • Ability to evaluate and develop existing teams and reshape as necessary, while mentoring and inspiring teams around the world.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS and the business benefits
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Extensive experience presenting to and negotiating with senior level management(internal and external)
  • Strong understanding of business processes and their implementation into enterprise applications
  • Must be open to 50% travel.
  • Undergraduate degree(technical preferred) or equivalent experience
