Responsibilities:
The Project Manger Support Roll with a high focus on data entry in our Inventory System will include performing all functions necessary to support large scale roll outs such as entering BOMâs, Goods Receiptâs, Sale Orders, and Material Receipts accurately. This position requires a strong reliance on prioritizing, process control, multitasking, and timely date entry.
Skills
- Requires good quantitative and analytical skills
- Intermediate/Expert skills in Microsoft Office Programs with emphasis on Excel
- Problem Solving/Analysis skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with ERP and data entry systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Needs to be organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Duties
- Investigate discrepancies in goods receipts against PO, locates error sources from inventories, and initiates corrective actions
- Participates in process improvements as necessary
- Create and Enter accurate Bill of Materials, Sales Orders, and Good Receipts accurately and efficiently as needed
- Assist Project Team as needed
- Assist the Project Team by helping to manage very large data spreadsheets received from our clients and create pivot tables, and create merge files with extreme accuracy
- Report discrepancy findings to management and make recommendations for improvement as necessary
- Other duties as assigned
