Full Job Description
We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our Project Management team. The position is both field and office-based. This is an opportunity to manage fast-paced, high profile projects in the most exciting market in the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to project team members
- Define the scope of projects (goals, deliverables, schedules, and budgets)
- Oversee work in the field to ensure safe work practices
- Generate project schedules, budgets, task lists, meeting agendas, and other internal and external project documents
- Coordinate with Clients, Subcontractors, and Suppliers
- Manage Submittals, RFIâs and Change Orders
- Schedule and conduct project meetings, communicate assignments and expectations to team members and track completion of project deliverables
- Supervise superintendents and/or subcontractors, as needed
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management
- MUST HAVE – Field Project Experience
- Ability to read drawings fluently
- MS Office proficiency, and Project Management Software
Experience:
- Minimum 2-years experience as an assistant to the Project Manager or equivalent role
- Commercial Interiors construction project management experience preferred
