Project Manager I

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our Project Management team. The position is both field and office-based. This is an opportunity to manage fast-paced, high profile projects in the most exciting market in the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to project team members
• Define the scope of projects (goals, deliverables, schedules, and budgets)
• Oversee work in the field to ensure safe work practices
• Generate project schedules, budgets, task lists, meeting agendas, and other internal and external project documents
• Coordinate with Clients, Subcontractors, and Suppliers
• Manage Submittals, RFI’s and Change Orders
• Schedule and conduct project meetings, communicate assignments and expectations to team members and track completion of project deliverables
• Supervise superintendents and/or subcontractors, as needed

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management
• MUST HAVE – Field Project Experience
• Ability to read drawings fluently
• MS Office proficiency, and Project Management Software

Experience:

• Minimum 2-years experience as an assistant to the Project Manager or equivalent role
• Commercial Interiors construction project management experience preferred
