Special Skills Required:
- Must have 5 years of supervisor experience in security, law enforcement, or military where they have been in charge of a multi-shift operation (24/7) with a staff of 10+;
- Must be a high school graduate or have GED. Post high school education preferred but not required;
- Work history must include proven knowledge of security and safety inspections and electronic security systems.
Position Description:
The Project Manager position will include but not limited to below responsibilities.
Act as primary liaison between Action Facilities Management, Inc. and client senior management; Performs leadership, management, employee discipline, scheduling, timekeeping and payroll submission, report writing, development and periodic review of standard operating procedures and post orders; Enforcement of policies, makes policy recommendation for the client; Maintain accountability of assigned equipment, performs inventories; Is knowledgeable of local laws and regulations regarding the performance or private security, is knowledgeable of applicable labor law. Provide monthly report to the facilities and corporate security organizations detailing all pertinent activities that have occurred in the previous month concerning any security and safety issues. Administer AFM Safety and Quality Assurance Programs; semi-annual review and revise the security Emergency Response plan; monitors compliance with regulatory and fire prevention requirements and safety items.
Review daily log reports and provides pass downs as required; responsible for officers meeting company standards pertaining to quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all company policies and procedures including AFM business standards. Selection and placement, performance reviews, attendance management and conflict resolution.
Educational and Qualification Requirements:
The Ideal Candidate Education and Certifications Required Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to meet and maintain any applicable State licensing or certification requirements.
