The Project Manager applies formal project management techniques to define project scope, deliverables, resource requirements, dependencies, manage project budgets and ensures overall delivery within planned scope and timeline. Coordinates work of project team members, collaborating with managers to balance workload and priorities, identifying roles and responsibilities of project team members, documentation of requirements as well as facilitating solutions that satisfy customer or project sponsor business needs. Additional responsibilities include coordinating the status of the Customer Engagement portfolio of projects, ensuring continuity and continual communication with stakeholders.
The Project Manager will lead engaging customer-focused projects and initiatives including web site hosting and site migrations, customer on-boarding transitions, service and product update migrations, and other change management projects resulting from customer feedback. The Project Manager will collaborate with customers, contractors, vendors and subject matter experts across the campus and health system to build solutions and address customer needs. The Project Manager will also apply knowledge and experience with customer/user experience design to recommend human-friendly, and optimized solutions to complex processes that can span departments and campus locations.

Minimum of five years of experience managing complex projects including development and management of formal project plans using standard project management tools such as MS Project (or similar).
