Position Summary:

This is a unique and once in a lifetime opportunity for the right candidate. Absentee owner is looking for a bright, experienced, and highly capable leader to step into the president/operator role for his company. The right candidate could be eligible to receive an equity interest in the company. Current revenues are 5+ Million annually with 30 employees. Company is a retailer of natural products, vitamins and groceries and has been in business for over 20 years.

Daily Duties:

This individual will be responsible for all aspects of operating the company. Scheduling, hiring, training, negotiations with vendors, directing marketing and strategic initiatives, maintain margins and pricing, category reviews and product selection, financial performance, purchasing, etc.

There is a very capable team in place and the owner is looking for the right leader to direct the team and take the company to the next level.

Minimum Requirements:

  • The individual will have an entrepreneurial spirit with the desire to own their own company.
  • Minimum 5 years of high-level management experience
  • Proven Leadership Skills and a track record of success and advancement
  • Self-Motivated to build and grow a company
  • Excellent Financial Accumen – able to compile and read financial statements and perform margin analysis
  • Highly Energetic and ready for a demanding schedule that includes nights and weekends
  • Strong marketing and community building skills
  • Top Notch communication, team building, and hiring skills

Compensation: $100K salary plus a tiered equity ownership structure in the organization. The right candidate could earn in excess of $250K annually in total compensation.
