We are looking to hire an experienced National Sales Director to lead our new sales team in Winfooz USA. This individual will be responsible for managing the profit and loss for the company utilizing company assets and strategy to achieve profitability as well as managing the Regional/Territory Sales Managers. They will also play a key role in developing and implementing company strategy and policy.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership to all Regional Sales Directors and ensure that company goals are being achieved

Collaborate with management team to develop a strategy to achieve goals and set new future goals.

Budget and forecasting to reflect profit and loss

Develop and implement new innovative company policies to ensure smooth operation

Motivate and lead a high-performance team

Keep the CEO/Country Manager fully informed on a day to day operations of the company

Continually improve customer experience to achieve growth and hit sales targets

Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the companyâs customer base and ensures its strong presence

Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives

Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Work with Company’s management to enhance and develop the team’s vision, objectives and priorities
Requirements
-
BA or BS in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of experience and training
-
7+ years of experience in the automotive industry, Auto Wholesale / Auto Re-Marketing or E-commerce is preferable, with at least 5+ years at management level

Excellent sales pitch and communication skills

Strong strategic planning and managerial skills
