Implementation Project Manager
Kelmar is looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, team-focused professional to join our team of Implementation Project Managers. An expert in the implementation process, the Project Manager will drive the installation of Kelmarâs KAPS unclaimed property management system and serve as a key liaison between State clients, implementation staff, Kelmar management and team developers. Some key job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain, update, and report on project activities and schedule
- Record and monitor action items, following up with responsible parties to ensure timely completion
- Diligent tracking of identified issues and risks through resolution
- Develop detailed functional documentation and reporting summaries
- Coordinate and facilitate recurring calls with internal staff, clients, and developers
- Travel is required
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now and in the future

Preference may be given to candidates with knowledge/experience in unclaimed property and/or system support. All positions on the Kelmar KAPS team may have occasional non-standard schedule requirements (nights and weekends) for which sufficient notice will be provided. This may include travel time, coverage for Go Live weekends, and for on-call coverage, etc.
