House Manager

Working at NES will give you the opportunity to assist adults with disabilities in their homes and in the community. You will teach lifeskills as our individuals progress towards independent living. Acting as a mentor, teacher and friend, you will build close relationships with our individuals here at NES.

As a house manager, your responsibilities will include:

· Supporting individuals on their goals

· Planning activities to do within the home and in the community

· Maintaining the safety of our individuals

· Driving individuals to/from appointments

· Overseeing staff and ensuring they receive necessary training

· Ensuring our individuals have a clean living environment

· Helping individuals maintain personal hygiene

· Daily documentation/medication

Requirements:

· Must be 21 years or older

· Must be able to work full-time hours

· Must be able to pass a full criminal background check

· Must have a valid driver’s license and social security card for background check
