The Health Information Manager will maintain the resident medical record, understand and utilize medical terminology, ICD-10 coding, and HIPAA requirements.
Medical records maintained are a combination of paper records as well as PointClick Care computer records.
Physician and professional staff interactions necessary to schedule and maintain required documentation.
Previous experience preferred.
