We are seeking a highly-motivated candidate to support our vision at HeyDay Entertainment. In this role the General Manager motivates, instills accountability, and drives success in the position, while maintaining our culture. This role provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact and drive results.

Primary Job Duties:
- Cultivates a team environment that provides exceptional customer service while directing the management team and ensure all staff members perform at a consistent high level
- Assures execution of team training programs
- Assures hourly and management staffing levels meet the business needs while providing the best level of customer service
- Promote positive employee relations
- Develop a people pipeline for continuous growth and development
- Analyze financial reports and develop action plans drive revenue results and control expenses in accordance to the budget
- Live and coach the HeyDay way
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for all employees and guests
- Assures execution of HeyDay operating standards and philosophies

Special Requirements:
- 5 years restaurant/hospitality management experience (Prefer FEC experience but not required)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sports and Recreation, or related field is preferred, or an equivalent level of combined education and experience
- Experience in developing and maintaining an exceptional guest focused environment
- Solid P&L and operations experience with demonstrated success in managing costs and improving bottom-line profitability in low margin environments, while expanding revenue penetration, with existing business and growing market share.
- Preferred knowledge of Micros and Brunswick
- Alcoholic Beverage Licensing, Food Handlers Certification and Serve Safe Certification
