Job Responsibilities:
- As a sales manager, a sales team needs constant training to perfect their sales strategy and warm up to the idea of prospecting. In charge of training new sales.
- Manage product quotes and the timely dissemination of technical information
- Produce qualified prospects through daily outbound cold calls and emails
- Keep the sales pipeline full to consistently move potential clients through the sales process
- Help develop relationships with potential customers, agents, distributors, and contractors to build extensive sales networks
- Identify sales opportunities for target customers, develop new sales channel; explore market demand and develop the new potential customer
- Set clear, actionable short-term/ long-term goals to maximize performance
- Create and apply sales strategies to improve monthly turnover and market growth
- Maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction and quality service
- Lead/coordinate and participate actively technical activities
- Establish measurable goals to manage inventory control within an appropriate level
- Organize product training for customer periodically, and roadshows
- Prepare reports (sales, budget, inventories) which give the management a solid and focused overview, as neededQualification & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years working experience with a proven, successful sales track record in Solar Industr
- Entrepreneurship mindset
- Solar PV Module experience required
- Detail-oriented and is capable of following through with tasks
- Decision-makers
- Great analytical and planning skills and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organization skills and leadership
- Must be a team player, task-oriented, ability to work under pressure
- MS Office, presentation skills, and good business sense
- Understanding technical requirements from customers
- Development of solutions for market entry barriers
- Maintain current customer servicing and develop new opportunities to assure business development
- Building up a good relationship with clients.
