Director of Nursing

Heritage Hall – Lexington has an immediate career opportunity for a Director of Nursing. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, experienced professional to make a positive difference in the geriatric population of our 60 bed facility.

This individual will be responsible for maintaining standards of resident care through the administration and evaluation of the nursing programs for the facility as well as developing and maintaining positive working relationships with the residents, nursing home staff, families, and visitors.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a current RN license in the state of Virginia
  • Must be an independent thinker and have sound judgment skills
  • Must have previous administrative and management skills in LTC
  • Ability to effectively manage a nursing staff, maintain positive employee relations, and act as a liaison between the administrator and the nursing staff
