Benbrook Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Benbrook, Texas is seeking a Director of Nursing! This position will function as the leader of the facilities nursing department and work in tandem with the Administrator in the facilitation of exceptional care to our residents.
The KEY component we are seeking is a GREAT attitude and demonstrated excellence in leadership. Experience in Long Term Care in a nursing role is REQUIRED, no exceptions. Previous experience as a Director of Nurses will move a candidate to the top of the list for consideration.
Benbrook is a 110 bed facility with a fantastic compliance history the last few years. Our annual survey was just completed in the first week of December and there were ZERO nursing deficiencies and 3 minor tags.
The company is a smaller Texas based company with a great company culture. We want the facility Director of Nursing to be just that: the Director of Nursing. We prefer a candidate who has exceptional leadership skills, is kind natured, patient but firm and willing to be a part of the team.
