About us:
eHomeoffer Inc, is an iBuyer/Real Estate Technology start up company based out of New Jersey, comprised of some of the top real estate investors, flippers, brokers, attorneys, and overall creative producers of the tri-state real estate market. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a company setting out to revolutionize the real estate industry through technology and excelling services. We are set out to pilot project in our home state of New Jersey where are core team has completed over 100,000 transactions, yes thats right, over 100,000 transactions by the top flippers, investors, brokers, and agents. We plan to launch our marketing campaign in early Q2 of 2020 and then take our brand national.
Summary
We are looking for someone to fulfill our HR Director role. eHomeoffer will provide a unique opportunity for the right person to roll up their sleeves and create new policies and procedures across the HR function. The HR Director will foster a strategic partnership with the team while simultaneously rolling up their sleeves and working through day to day HR tasks. Projects will include onboarding, talent development, employee handbook, succession planning and risk mitigation. Since eHomeoffer is a start up company, and part of hiring HR is to build a Human resources department, the compensation will be treated as contractual agreement, or consulting agreement and once properly staffed and benefits packages are in place it will convert into full time position.
Job Responsibilities
- Promotes and maintain a culture of trust and integrity
- Proactively leads the creation and implementation of recruitment, onboarding and talent development
- Develops employee succession planning program to guide the identification and investment in our people
- Consult with management concerning employee-related matters providing guidance around employee relations
- Work with management to ensure performance reviews are completed in a timely manner.
- Administer Workers Compensation and Health Insurance programs.
- Maintain HR documents including policies, employee records, handbooks, and performance reviews
- Organize department meetings to inform the workforce of policy updates and address workplace issues.
- Mediate with management and employees to improve relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.Education and Experience:
- 7 plus years of Human Resources experience required
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Management, Human Resources or related discipline.
- Bilingual Spanish Required
- SHRM Certification PreferredSkills and Abilities
- Strategic thinking and application
- Ability to handle sensitive matters and information with tact and diplomacy, and confidentiality.
- Thorough knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.
- Organized and detail oriented with the highest standards of accuracy and ethics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Strong technical acumen and employment of a data-driven approach
