Texas Health Resources seeks to hire a Director Connected Health.
Reporting to the VP, Digital Experience, the Director of Connected Health will lead the development of the connected health and well being capability of Texas Health and define the platform capability components and ecosystem which will include internal and external partners. The role will be responsible for managing the platform build life cycle (from concept to launch) and drive adoption across the enterprise to deliver successful outcomes for Texas Health and its consumers and patients. Working closely with product teams, consumer insights, business development, and operational senior leaders, the Director will develop an integrated roadmap that can deliver on the current and future identified priorities for Texas Health.

Salary range is Min. $134,638/year to Max. $210,204/year – based on relevant experience

Job Description

Organizes and prioritizes the Connected Health and Wellbeing platforms to create and support services offers, enhance experience initiatives and products to achieve revenue growth and consumer engagement/loyalty targets.
Utilizing consumer experience strategy, clinical data and consumer insights, drive the strategy and roadmap of the Connected Health and WellBeing platforms.

Partners with the product team, strategy, Business Development, operations, marketing and other disciplines to drive the build plan from concept to launch. Drives utilization of agile approached to prioritize and execute the build plan.

Partners with operations and change management for a successful platform launch with adoption across the enterprise and consumers to ensure sustainability.
Fosters a culture of agility, innovation and breakthrough thinking.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technology Management, Product Design Engineering, or related field is required
Master’s Degree Engineering, Technology Management, Product Design Engineering, or related field preferred.

Experience
6 years relevant work experience to include progressive management responsibility in technology management or product development roles required.
Healthcare or regulated industry such as financial services, or service industry experience preferred.

Skills
Demonstrated track record of excellent working relationship with stakeholders across the enterprise to drive an effective and agile development process. Experience in practicing a human-centered design approach to platform and services. Must be a “doer” with a “roll up your sleeves” attitude with strong bias for action. Excellent influencing skills and proven collaborator.
